About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Taconic's Senior Client Relationship Manager manages complex accounts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with a variety of buying personas to protect existing business and identify new opportunities among existing clients.
  • Develop and implement robust account plans; significant knowledge and understanding of business strategy required.
  • Focus on uncovering customer needs and positioning appropriate solutions as well as funnel management and accurate forecasting.
  • Support execution of contract requirement for clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, or technical/managerial experience at an equivalent level.
  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences preferred.
  • Experience in account/territory management in a life science or specialized field with demonstrated success meeting established targets and customer relationship management.
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience and/or training
