Key responsibilities & impact

Automate manual data entry and build data-driven processes for sales tracking
Manage and maintain Zoho CRM — workflows, hygiene, custom reports, and views
Build and maintain a live sales performance dashboard
Track revenue in vs out, deal velocity, and win/loss rates
Identify underperforming regions and recommend interventions
Model optimal selling prices by region and market segment
Collate all manual data sources into clean, structured pipelines
Support customer success with data tracking and reporting
Deliver weekly and monthly reports to leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–6 years experience in a data analyst or sales operations role
Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Experience building dashboards in Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
Ability to design and manage ETL/automation workflows
Strong attention to data accuracy and process documentation
Business English skills in verbal & written communication
