About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Automate manual data entry and build data-driven processes for sales tracking
  • Manage and maintain Zoho CRM — workflows, hygiene, custom reports, and views
  • Build and maintain a live sales performance dashboard
  • Track revenue in vs out, deal velocity, and win/loss rates
  • Identify underperforming regions and recommend interventions
  • Model optimal selling prices by region and market segment
  • Collate all manual data sources into clean, structured pipelines
  • Support customer success with data tracking and reporting
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports to leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–6 years experience in a data analyst or sales operations role
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience building dashboards in Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Ability to design and manage ETL/automation workflows
  • Strong attention to data accuracy and process documentation
  • Business English skills in verbal & written communication
