About the role
- Join a very early-stage initiative to build an internal platform for an AI agent ecosystem
- Develop backend for AI agent platform and microservices around it
- Design architectures at the intersection of large-scale services and AI using LLMs and agent frameworks
- Participate in architecture setup and choosing technologies
- Improve and optimize platform areas related to agent creation, quality evaluation, and performance under load
- Stay up to date with AI agent technologies, study and experiment with frameworks
- Work closely with platform clients, take feedback into account, and help build a user-friendly product
- Work on high-impact projects in a high-growth environment with a world-class remote engineering team across 20+ countries
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience
- At least 2 years working with Golang
- At least 2 years working with Python
- Experience with AI agent frameworks: Langchain, Langgraph, ADK (plus)
- Experience building or integrating LLM-based features and agent-centric architectures (plus)
- ML experience: model learning, evaluation, and production implementation (big plus)
- Experience building scalable, distributed systems and high-load architectures
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, and microservices architecture
- Experience developing internal instruments, automations, CRM
- Passion for writing clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills in English
