About the role

Join a very early-stage initiative to build an internal platform for an AI agent ecosystem
Develop backend for AI agent platform and microservices around it
Design architectures at the intersection of large-scale services and AI using LLMs and agent frameworks
Participate in architecture setup and choosing technologies
Improve and optimize platform areas related to agent creation, quality evaluation, and performance under load
Stay up to date with AI agent technologies, study and experiment with frameworks
Work closely with platform clients, take feedback into account, and help build a user-friendly product
Work on high-impact projects in a high-growth environment with a world-class remote engineering team across 20+ countries

5+ years of backend engineering experience
At least 2 years working with Golang
At least 2 years working with Python
Experience with AI agent frameworks: Langchain, Langgraph, ADK (plus)
Experience building or integrating LLM-based features and agent-centric architectures (plus)
ML experience: model learning, evaluation, and production implementation (big plus)
Experience building scalable, distributed systems and high-load architectures
Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, and microservices architecture
Experience developing internal instruments, automations, CRM
Passion for writing clean, testable, and maintainable code
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
Strong communication skills in English
