  • About the role
  • We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our CX & Internal Tools team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for improving the experience for both customers and colleagues — not just through better interfaces, but also by refining business processes. Your main focus will be to refresh and evolve a major low-code product (such as n8n, Dify, Zapier, or Zenphi), while also supporting existing tools for customer support and other operational teams.

Requirements

  • You’ve been working on B2B, B2E SaaS, or internal tools for the past 2 - 3 years.
  • You have a solid portfolio that shows you can design complex products in a simple, user-friendly way.
  • You're familiar with all the best interaction patterns and your visual skills are undeniably great
  • You’re used to working on your own and keeping track of everything, maybe you’ve worked at a startup, been a solo designer, a founder, or part of a small internal team.
  • You’re confident in your work and can explain your ideas clearly, whether you’re talking to another designer or a C-level exec.
  • You’re a strong communicator who can bring together user needs, business goals, and tech possibilities.
  • You think in systems, care about long-term solutions, and can shape a design direction, but also stay flexible when things change.
