About the role

  • Support product and business teams in working with different stages of customer activation and reactivation funnels.
  • Take a holistic view of the customer lifecycle, identifying opportunities to improve long-term value, customer loyalty, and overall LTV.
  • Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present your findings clearly.
  • Collaborate with business teams in addition to the product team.
  • Support and monitor existing Tabby Customer Lifecycle metrics, identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop data visualizations and reports that are informative and easily understood by business and product teams.
  • Own and analyze raw product and behavioral events, transforming low-level data into actionable insights.
  • Assist in the planning of necessary data structures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a data/product analyst, ideally in consumer-facing digital products.
  • Proven expertise in designing and running A/B tests, including sample size estimation, statistical methods, and interpreting results.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
  • Experience in planning data structures for new products and features.
  • Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, Scipy, etc.)
  • Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in loyalty programs, CRM analytics, or customer retention strategies would be an advantage.
  • Background in behavioral analytics and/or user segmentation is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
