About the role
- Install, maintain and repair TA Triumph-Adler products and other systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Record all service-relevant data in our Service Management System
- Evaluate and process warranty and guarantee cases
- Act as the product point of contact in close cooperation with Sales
- Promote technical service offerings
- Supported by dedicated in-house product specialists
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Information Electronics Technician for Office Systems or a comparable qualification
- Career changers with experience, strong expertise and a passion for information electronics are welcome
- Strong service orientation
- Solid system knowledge and professional experience in copier and printer technology
- Knowledge of IT and network technology
- Team player with a passion for technology and customer advising
- Excellent communication skills and social competence
- Very good German language skills
- Ability to read and understand documentation in English
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
