About the role

  • Lead assignments and projects in Technical Asset Management in German and English
  • Support our clients with development and investment strategies, focusing on permits/approvals, regulatory compliance, and cost management
  • Collaborate with external facility managers, property managers, and technical service providers such as architects, specialist planners, and project controllers to develop and implement detailed CAPEX and OPEX plans for our clients
  • Work across services with our Transactions, Management, Sustainability, and Infrastructure teams, and expand client and subconsultant relationships
  • Further develop the Technical Asset Management services and support the growth of TA Europe as a leading consulting firm across Europe

Requirements

  • Degree in Project or Cost Management, Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical/economic discipline
  • Several years of professional experience in asset management or in comparable consulting services within the real estate sector
  • Ability to understand complex technical issues and communicate them clearly, combined with a hands-on mentality and strong client/service orientation
  • Talent for developing and maintaining close relationships with clients and colleagues, and enjoyment working in an international environment with offices domestically and abroad
  • Fluent German and English skills for clear and professional communication of technical content
