Technical Project Manager

• Lead Epic-related project initiatives (implementation, optimization, integration, upgrades) using Agile principles
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Epic analysts, IT engineers, clinical staff, and leadership to define and deliver project objectives
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations
• Document and track user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks or roadblocks to ensure project success
• Maintain alignment with compliance standards, data privacy regulations (HIPAA), and change management best practices
• Deliver timely status reports and project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Cultivate strong client relationships and maintain T2 Tech’s reputation for excellence in delivery
