About the role
- Own governance and quality management; chair internal reviews and monthly customer progress meetings; ensure ≥95% on‑time delivery of all contracted outputs.
- Act as the primary liaison with the client, providing effective communication, coordination, and overall of all task order activities to include: day-to-day acquisitions support, business process improvement, acquisition training/knowledge sharing, contract management support, data and database support, cost estimating and analysis, and SharePoint support.
- Provide administrative support to the customer, providing program briefings, leadership updates, stakeholder engagements, and internal communications. This includes developing presentation materials, ensuring standards compliance, and maintaining version control and documentation.
- Compile error-free status reports and management reports and hold periodic progress meetings with the client.
- Recommend and execute process improvements, efficiencies, and transformation efforts to strengthen the acquisition life cycle and acquisition data environment.
- Support contract data, databases, and reporting tools to include maintaining data, testing databases, and developing reports using tools, Microsoft 365 applications (e.g,, Excel, PowerBI, SharePoint), and SQL-bases systems.
- Evaluate, recommend, and drive improvements to the client’s cost estimating structure to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in business, or related field
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting
- 4+ years of experience being the primary client contact for engagements and managing the financial, risks, issues, resources, and deliverables of engagements
- Experience in business process improvement, transformation, and/or modernization efforts.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365/SharePoint; ability to learn agency‑specific program management tools.
- Excellent written/oral English.
- Experience in federal environments.
