Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in tax technology, tax workflow automation, or digital tax transformation
  • Strong blend of accountancy and software experience
  • Accountancy pathway: trained as an accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent before moving into software, product, or technology
  • Software pathway: career within software/SaaS for accountancy or financial services clients, with deep expertise in practice workflows, compliance, or tax
  • Proven product management experience within SaaS, professional services, or managed services
  • Strong understanding of financial services or accountancy environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and organised way
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capability focused on team development
