About the role
- Assist in providing legal support to T. Rowe Price’s business operations in Asia Pacific.
- Work closely with the Legal teams based in Singapore and Hong Kong as well as other members of the EMEA and APAC Global Legal Advisory teams.
- Provide support on funds, separate accounts, and other matters.
- Expect a wide variety of predominantly asset management assignments with primary coverage in Asia ex-Japan.
- Occasionally provide support to APAC Privacy and Data Protection, as well as APAC Intellectual Property Legal team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of legal experience
- Experience in the asset management sector.
- Exposure in the drafting and review of contracts.
- Excellent written and oral skills.
- Mandarin language skills would be a plus.
- Ability to interact with a diverse group of internal and external contacts.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
