Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support strategy development through analysis, insight generation, and structured problem-solving for senior leaders
  • Lead defined workstreams within priority initiatives, including planning, coordination, analysis, and stakeholder-ready deliverables
  • Support execution of strategic priorities through reporting, presentation development, and cross-functional coordination

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience
  • Experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, sales operations, client engagement, wealth management, or a related field
  • Experience leading workstreams or projects involving multiple stakeholders and senior-level visibility
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills, with the ability to develop actionable recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing materials for leadership audiences
  • Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and bring structure to complex business questions
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to high-quality execution
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and related sales or client engagement workflows
  • Strong interest in AI and its practical application to productivity, reporting, workflow improvement, and client engagement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience mentoring analysts, reviewing deliverables, or raising the quality of team outputs.
