Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct fundamental research on an assigned industry and 1 – 2 companies within the industry, supported by training and mentorship from our investment platform
Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and competitive landscapes
Build 3 statement financial models to inform investment recommendations
Provide strategic investment insights, not just number crunching
Present investment ratings and recommendations to senior investment professionals
The goal of the internship is to evaluate the associate’s potential to return after graduation for our full-time Associate Analyst program.

What you’ll need

Minimum sophomore status (2025-2026 school year) at an accredited four-year university with a 3.5 or higher GPA.
Undergraduate students matriculating between December 2026 and June 2028 are eligible to apply.
Strong interest in the markets and equity research
Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity
Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently and with others
Effective verbal and written communication skills
