About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the AI Asset Library & Marketplace product end to end, including vision, roadmap, and backlog
Define and operate the asset lifecycle: submission, review, quality bar, versioning, publication, and retirement
Own the pre-publication review gate with Cybersecurity and Responsible AI
Ensure downloadable assets clear security and compliance scanning
Define the promote-to-enterprise review for publishing proven assets at the platform level
Serve as the single front door for AI asset discovery through AI Hub and partner platforms
Define integration boundaries with platform engineering
Design the discovery experience for builders and business users
Run the curation and contributor program, including quality, documentation, ownership, and recognition standards
Measure asset reuse, adoption rates, and delivery time saved
Drive the product roadmap using reuse data
Perform other duties/projects as assigned by business management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience (Required)
3+ years experience in hands on technical rolw riting production cocde, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large scale company/ application/product environment (Required)
5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment (Required)
