About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end operating model for executive engagements from request through planning, delivery, follow-up, and measurement
- Build and improve intake, capacity planning, service levels, escalation, handoffs, and operating cadence across physical, virtual, and field engagements
- Serve as business owner for BriefingSource, including requirements, workflows, data quality, adoption, and future enhancements
- Improve operational efficiency through automation, AI-enabled workflows, and emerging technologies
- Partner with the executive briefing delivery team to identify pain points and implement scalable solutions
- Define standards for sales and program playbooks, SOPs, and onboarding
- Partner with room technology, A/V, and facilities teams to improve engagement support
- Own the strategy and operating model for the discussion leader program across locations and engagement formats
- Set standards for recruiting, onboarding, matching, preparation, utilization, and recognition of discussion leaders
- Gather feedback and engagement data and route insights to content teams and subject-matter experts
- Build and maintain discussion leader benches aligned to customer needs, expertise, geography, format, and demand
- Direct contractor resources handling roster maintenance, scheduling, preparation coordination, tracking, and feedback
- Drive program budget strategy, prioritization, leadership visibility, procurement, purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliation
- Partner with data science to connect engagements to pipeline, revenue, and deal velocity
- Analyze engagement patterns and optimize format, audience mix, speaker fit, and follow-up
- Establish governance for decision rights, ownership, escalation, and accountability
- Set program-level facilities priorities and standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to attend onsite at least three days per week, with additional in-office presence as business needs require
- Experience owning and scaling operating models for complex executive engagement programs
- Ability to lead through influence as a senior individual contributor without direct management responsibility
- Ability to assess operating gaps and create scalable solutions
- Experience with briefing-management platforms, workflows, data quality, adoption, and enhancements
- Knowledge of automation, AI-enabled workflows, and emerging technologies
- Experience developing playbooks, SOPs, onboarding, governance, and operating standards
- Ability to manage discussion leader recruiting, onboarding, matching, preparation, utilization, recognition, and capacity
- Experience with program budgets, procurement, purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliation
- Ability to analyze engagement data and connect it to pipeline, revenue, and deal velocity
- Ability to partner with sales, marketing, data science, facilities, room technology, A/V, content, and cross-functional teams
