About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively engage a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
  • Use digital tools to communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase T-Mobile solutions
  • Leverage digital self-service tools during customer interactions and onboarding
  • Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate T-Mobile products and services
  • Recommend wireless solutions and onboarding approaches that help customers self-serve and use the T-Mobile app
  • Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, products, processes, systems, and reference resources
  • Review personal results, current promotions, and Hub updates to remain Customer Ready
  • Continuously learn and improve skills to provide excellent customer experiences
  • Partner with nearby store locations to fully onboard customers
  • Practice skills, share knowledge, and perform store operations and opening and closing procedures
  • Carry kiosk cabinet keys, secure kiosks and assets, and report lost keys or assets to the manager
  • Proactively contact potential customers to drive sales activity
  • Follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and build new and existing customer relationships
  • Perform price overrides for specialty offers specific to National Retail
  • Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support account setup, device support, and account servicing
  • Exceed performance targets by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and meeting quality-of-sale metrics

Requirements
