About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate and work leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision
  • Acquire new accounts with small and medium-sized businesses with 10–299 employees
  • Sell T-Mobile products, services, and solutions to gain new business
  • Analyze customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
  • Recommend wireless solutions, including price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories
  • Tailor customer recommendations to negotiate and close business
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives
  • Develop effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
  • Utilize sales force automation and manage the sales funnel
  • Report on sales activities and forecasts
  • Develop prospecting, call execution, and relationship management skills with leadership
  • Participate in product training and sales meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience (Preferred)
  • Preferably experience within a commissioned environment
  • Outside B2B sales experience (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
  • Ability to travel
  • Willingness to reside within the Portland, Oregon territory
