About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintains and enhances frontend web solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
Write well-designed, well-tested UI code.
Integrate with internal and external APIs.
Work closely with the Product Owners and UI/UX Designers to create user-friendly workflows.
Presents new ideas and frameworks to improve existing systems, processes, and services.
Collaborates with team members to decompose features into user stories and provide accurate estimates.
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
2-4 years of web development experience using modern development languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React.
Proven work experience as a Front-End Engineer or Web Developer in a team environment.
Experience writing JavaScript in a professional setting (TypeScript experience a bonus).
Experience using React.js to build applications (Redux experience a bonus).
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the React ecosystem, and in UI development in general.
At least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
