About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support sales teams by consulting on customer needs and designing tailored wireless communication solutions to drive opportunity development
  • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, including API and Technical Portal capabilities, to address customer inquiries and facilitate informed decision-making
  • Design, test, and support API-enabled solutions (e.g., Employee Choice, Technical Portal, client integrations), including hands-on configuration and validation, in partnership with Product Architects and CX teams
  • Maintain and update technical expertise through training and certification in wireless technologies, API/integration frameworks, and industry developments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback, support special projects, and engage in market-level initiatives
  • Assist with post-sale support activities including troubleshooting, escalation management, API/integration support, and customer training sessions
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree STEM area of study strongly preferred (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years experience in telecommunications, IT administration, network engineering, or API/systems integration roles — including direct hands-on work with REST APIs, API testing tools (e.g., Postman), or integration platforms — with a professional track record of successful solution sales, managing internal/external relationships in a matrix environment (Required)
  • Technical Leadership (Required)
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communications; strong interpersonal skills (Required)
  • Applications: Proficiency with business application software (Required)
  • API & Integration Development: Hands-on proficiency with REST API concepts, API testing/validation tools (e.g., Postman), and integration architecture sufficient to configure, test, and troubleshoot API-based solutions independently, not just present them (Required)
  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to provide strategic direction in a leadership role (Required)
  • Technical Presentations: Ability to create and deliver technical presentations (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
