About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop long-term merchandising strategies, promotional roadmaps, visual standards, and retail experience initiatives
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Product, Inventory, Store Design, and Field Leadership to align priorities and drive enterprise initiatives
- Analyze customer insights, identify experience opportunities, and enhance in-store engagement and conversion
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, execution metrics, customer feedback, and ROI of merchandising programs
- Coach direct reports, build organizational capability, succession planning, and performance management
- Oversee rollout execution, field communications, compliance reviews, and continuous process improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- 7-10 years Experience in Creative, Execution or Production Team management, Operations, Marketing or Advertising field (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Experience in Retail, US Wireless, Consumer Electronics or Technology (Preferred)
