About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop long-term merchandising strategies, promotional roadmaps, visual standards, and retail experience initiatives
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Product, Inventory, Store Design, and Field Leadership to align priorities and drive enterprise initiatives
  • Analyze customer insights, identify experience opportunities, and enhance in-store engagement and conversion
  • Monitor KPIs, sales performance, execution metrics, customer feedback, and ROI of merchandising programs
  • Coach direct reports, build organizational capability, succession planning, and performance management
  • Oversee rollout execution, field communications, compliance reviews, and continuous process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 7-10 years Experience in Creative, Execution or Production Team management, Operations, Marketing or Advertising field (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Experience in Retail, US Wireless, Consumer Electronics or Technology (Preferred)
