About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic direction for sales programs to achieve lifecycle management objectives and improve program outcomes
- Lead planning efforts to support various workstreams and key business areas, ensuring alignment with program goals
- Conduct operational assessments to identify risks and gaps, proposing solutions to partners and leadership
- Measure results and communicate progress and insights to leaders
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 4-7 years Experience in organizational programs, project management or related area. (Preferred)
- 2-4 years Supervisory or program management experience, including cross-functional management. (Preferred)
- Less than 2 years Wireless Telecom experience a plus. (Preferred)
