Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers responsible for delivering scalable software and data platform solutions.
Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Support career development, performance management, hiring, and succession planning.
Drive technical execution across the team's software and data platform initiatives.
Review architecture, influence technical design decisions, and guide engineering best practices.
Partner closely with Network, Product, Care, Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted device intelligence and geospatial analytics capabilities.
Manage technical vendor relationships and ensure delivered capabilities align with engineering and business objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or in a computer programming related field. (Required)
4-7 years Experience in an Analytics and Business Intelligence development environment. (Required)
Less than 2 years Experience in managing or supervising a team of 15 developers or more. (Required)
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
