About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own consolidated base analytics for the Prepaid business across all prepaid brands
Serve as the analytical backbone for the Steering team's forecasting and performance management processes
Support the expansion of prepaid analytics capabilities
Maintain the single, unified view of key prepaid performance metrics
Enable consistent reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
Deliver big insights and help leaders throughout the business make critical strategic and operational decisions
Shape the long-term vision of T-Mobile
Create customer-centric recommendations informed by analysis
Partner with the business to drive improvements in a matrixed environment
Collaborate with marketing, product and platform teams on complex modeling and analysis requests
Participate in the design and development of reporting structures & interfaces

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Data analysis, data science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required)
4-7 years of working experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches (Required)
4-7 years of working experience reporting and analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) (Required)
4-7 years of working experience in advanced analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research (Required)
Working experience with Python, R, Go or similar statistics or data science language preferred. (Preferred)
