About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end subscriber forecast for T-Mobile Prepaid and Connect by T-Mobile, including gross adds, disconnects, and churn.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve forecast models that reflect underlying business drivers and market dynamics.
  • Use statistical and financial modeling techniques to analyze results and identify variances and underlying causes, opportunities, and risks.
  • Provide actionable insights around trends, financial performance.
  • Present findings to Senior Management, including suggestions for course correction
  • Utilize analytical and modeling capability to perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making across a range of business options and outcomes.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators across accounts, markets, and channels.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that give leadership a clear, timely view of brand performance.
  • Partner internally and with strategic partners to maintain sound accounting controls, audit readiness, and consistent processes and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
  • Acceptable areas of study include Finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Engineering
  • 5-7 years Experience in Analytics and Planning
  • Less than 2 years Wireless Telecom or equivalent experience
  • Experience with SAP/BPC
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
