About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required
Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management
Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians
Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
Develop yourself through continuous learning – completing training requirements to stay current on existing and new systems and products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent relevant field experience required
2–4 years of experience in field operations, maintenance, or related technical roles
2–4 years of experience in wireless telecommunications or a related field
Electronics knowledge (Required)
Basic operational knowledge/understanding of circuits including RF transmitters, antenna systems, fiber, microwave radio and AC-DC power systems
Experience with Nokia RAN equipment
Experience with Ceragon Microwave technology is a plus
Attention To Detail (Required)
Problem Solving skills (Required)
Computer Fluency with programs such as Microsoft Office (Required)
Understanding of Internet Protocol and AI incorporation for logical components
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated; exhibits initiative in achieving company goals and objectives
Basic leadership skills and ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks
Flexibility with ever-changing environments and priorities
Willingness to work both independently and in a team environment
Ability to lift 50-70 pounds and work outside in elements
