About the role
- Works with a team of software engineers, network and systems engineers to design, implement, and deploy software
- Leads or actively participates in architecture and design of various software components
- Drives engineering projects and team members by developing software solutions; conducting tests and inspections; preparing reports and calculations.
- Supervises base through senior level engineers as needed.
- Monitors and influences relevant industry technologies and standards
- Presents highly technical concepts to both technical and non-technical decision-makers.
- Coaches and contributes to the development of others through mentoring or in-house workshops and learning sessions.
- Evaluates new and existing technology options that support business goals.
- Develops, designs, and implements new ideas which utilize new frameworks to improve an existing or new system/process/service.
- Writes advanced documentation, architecture, capabilities, limitations, and advantages for technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Engineering (Required)
- 7-10 years Technical engineering experience.
