About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with data engineering, reporting, and business insights teams to validate data accuracy from source systems through report delivery and analytics consumption.
Lead data quality monitoring processes, controls, and audits to ensure data integrity across data warehouses, data lakes, and reporting environments.
Develop and maintain data quality frameworks, standards, metrics, and scorecards that measure data health and operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data requirements and support architecture, design, and implementation efforts that improve data reliability.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies, defects, and integration issues through root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
Oversee data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and data wrangling activities involving structured and unstructured data sources.
Manage data quality workstreams and support project delivery by assisting with planning, prioritization, estimation, and resource allocation.
Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment on data quality requirements and governance practices.
Mentor and develop team members in data quality methodologies, governance standards, and analytical problem-solving techniques.
Support management reporting, executive presentations, and status communications regarding data quality performance and improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
4-7 years Working experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches (Required)
4-7 years Working experience reporting and analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) (Required)
4-7 years Working experience in advanced analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research (Required)
Working experience with Python, R, Go or similar statistics or data science language preferred. (Preferred)
