About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking up-market.
- Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
- Recommend wireless solutions with regard to price plans, data and other enhanced services, handsets, and accessories.
- Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Partner proactively with Retail Stores in assigned territory to drive Business Sales results through education on Business Sales products and services and closing on Business Sales leads.
- Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools.
- Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 4-7 years outside sales experience with demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment (Preferred)
- 2 years experience solutions/applications selling (Preferred)
- 2 years telecommunications / technical sales (Preferred)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
