About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage client onboarding from discovery through transition to lifecycle support for complex engagements
Participate in the sales process, engaging in discovery and strategy sessions
Define onboarding program scope and manage detailed program plans
Identify internal/external stakeholders and ensure alignment with onboarding plan
Develop customer-specific implementation and lifecycle support models
Communicate project status and risks in both planned and ad hoc scenarios
Influence and coordinate teams across various functions to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
4-7 years formal project/program management work experience
4-7 years managing or supporting business customers in a Sales, Service or Account Management
Highly developed communication skills with the ability to prepare and deliver written and verbal presentations at the C-level
Superior program and project management skills
Expert application of formal PM methodologies (including PMP frameworks, Agile, and Waterfall)
Demonstrated ability to establish PM governance structures
Demonstrated conflict-resolution and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated knowledge of solutions, technologies and operating systems (General wireless knowledge, ANS In-building infrastructure, DAS, small cell, network architecture, Sync-Up, iOS, Android, MDM, etc.)
Demonstrated proficiency in T-Mobile systems, processes, policies, etc. (Including Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and lead through influence without direct authority
