About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage client onboarding from discovery through transition to lifecycle support for complex engagements
  • Participate in the sales process, engaging in discovery and strategy sessions
  • Define onboarding program scope and manage detailed program plans
  • Identify internal/external stakeholders and ensure alignment with onboarding plan
  • Develop customer-specific implementation and lifecycle support models
  • Communicate project status and risks in both planned and ad hoc scenarios
  • Influence and coordinate teams across various functions to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4-7 years formal project/program management work experience
  • 4-7 years managing or supporting business customers in a Sales, Service or Account Management
  • Highly developed communication skills with the ability to prepare and deliver written and verbal presentations at the C-level
  • Superior program and project management skills
  • Expert application of formal PM methodologies (including PMP frameworks, Agile, and Waterfall)
  • Demonstrated ability to establish PM governance structures
  • Demonstrated conflict-resolution and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of solutions, technologies and operating systems (General wireless knowledge, ANS In-building infrastructure, DAS, small cell, network architecture, Sync-Up, iOS, Android, MDM, etc.)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in T-Mobile systems, processes, policies, etc. (Including Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and lead through influence without direct authority
