About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and maintain the enterprise-wide financial model supporting T-Mobile’s Long-Range Plan
Drive deep-dive financial analysis to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Corporate Strategy, Accounting, Deutsche Telekom, and other stakeholders
Develop and deliver executive-level presentations for Senior Leadership
Analyze complex business scenarios and initiatives and translate them into financial implications
Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and enhanced reporting solutions
Serve as a subject matter expert on key enterprise initiatives and their financial impacts

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
Strong financial acumen with deep knowledge of financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across teams
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Wireless or telecommunications industry experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field required
