About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and identify key partner profiles for select program strategies and event plans to meet Channel Sales goals for key industry or segment -focused partners.
- Serve as a thought leader for awareness and recruitment programs and events, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in planning and execution of initiatives.
- Design and manage end-to-end T-Mobile sponsored and partner-sponsored events such as roadshows, floor days, partner meet and greet events, virtual events, and other focused channel awareness initiatives.
- Design strategy and ready-by-day activation plans for recruiting teams, ensuring seamless execution of events and programs.
- Monitor channel market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and candidate insights to identify new opportunities and enhance recruitment programs.
- Collaborate with employer branding and marketing teams to create and optimize recruitment materials, including event collateral, social and digital campaigns, and prospect communications.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., event ROI, candidate conversion rates, pipeline health), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to promote awareness of programs, upcoming events, and hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates and communication to leadership and stakeholders regarding awareness program initiatives, performance, and upcoming plans.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
- 4-7 years of experience in program management or channel marketing and events
- Proven track record of managing complex programs or events - planning to execution
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Experience managing large-scale events, content management, programs, and budgets
- Experience leveraging Events Management Tools – CVENT, Whova, etc.
- Ability to travel – 35%
