Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and manage program plans and schedules to achieve strategic digital transformation goals
Lead the creation and validation of program requirements to align with customer and technical needs
Maintain and update risk, action, issue, and decision logs to monitor and address project challenges
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal and external collaborators to ensure seamless program execution
Provide regular status updates and reports that translate complex program information into actionable insights
Drive process improvements and implement guidelines to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
Acceptable areas of study include Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. (Preferred)
2-4 years - Proven ability to develop and manage program schedules, requirements, and reporting.
4-7 years - 4-7 years of experience in program management, including cross-functional leadership and delivering customer-centric projects.
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
