About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and execute global recruitment marketing campaigns that bring the T-Mobile employer brand to life—across the U.S., India, and new markets as we grow
- Lead TA transformation efforts for our employer brand from awareness to offer acceptance – ensuring every touchpoint reflects T-Mobile as a best place to work
- Obsess over candidate experience—understand the messaging and content necessary to attract, hire, onboard and retain talent
- Own our career site content, CRM, talent communities, and employer brand channels end-to-end
- Partner cross-functionally with TA, Marketing, and Comms to keep our brand consistent and compelling across every touchpoint
- Evaluation and deploy AI-powered tools for content generation, candidate persona development, and campaign personalization
- Build and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic platforms
- Bring the data: track what’s working, report on key indicators, and translate insights into action
- Manage agency partners and marketing tech vendors to increase performance and ROI
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–7 years in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition marketing
- Experience activating employer brand across global or multi-entity environments
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and paid digital advertising (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
- Comfort using AI tools for content creation and campaign optimization
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation-driven marketing
- A track record of driving TA Transformation—new tech, new processes, better outcomes
- Sharp data instincts and the ability to tell a story with metrics
- A collaborative mindset—you know how to get things done across HR, Marketing, and Communications
- Confident presenting to executives and senior partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
