Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise daily activities of switch and field technicians to meet network reliability and compliance standards
Coach and develop direct reports through regular feedback and career development sessions
Manage operational expenses and company assets to promote fiscal responsibility and resource efficiency
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and lead disaster recovery efforts to maintain network integrity
Coordinate projects and vendor activities to achieve market goals and quality assurance
Audit and maintain accuracy of operations data in engineering systems to support effective network management
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
4-7 years Technical experience in telecommunications or mobile switching systems (Required)
2-4 years Experience with GSM systems (Required)

Microsoft Office (Required)
At least 18 years of age
