Key responsibilities & impact

Support retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment
Build proficiency in customer service and sales to provide personalized device and service solutions
Use digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories
Other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma/GED (Required)
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment (Preferred)
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it! (Required)
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals (Required)
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
