About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end production of social-first content, translating strategic briefs into executable creative concepts, timelines, and high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement social content, including internal & external creative teams, partners, and collaborators.
  • Oversee creation of social-first content across formats (video, static, etc.), ensuring high-quality execution aligned with brand voice and platform guidelines, while providing creative direction and owning the feedback loop through final delivery.
  • Drive production efficiency by managing workflows, identifying process improvements, and ensuring timely delivery of content at scale.
  • Provide guidance on social media guidelines, emerging trends, and optimization opportunities for organic efforts.
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 4-7 years Social media experience with brand and traffic building focus for both organic and paid social channels (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Social content development or content strategist role including client-facing experience, preferably with Fortune 500 clients (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Digital content optimization experience for large scale firm
  • Experience in one or more of the following: social media agency, digital agency or digital publishing (Preferred)
  • Problem Solving (Required)
  • Creative Sourcing (Required)
