Requirements

What you’ll need

2-4 years of experience as a business attorney
Preferred 5+ years of experience as a corporate, transactional, or licensing attorney
Juris Doctor from an accredited university with outstanding academic credentials
Current bar membership (in good standing)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Familiarity with AI tools in everyday practice
Experience in fiber, cable, home internet, or broadband preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
Legally authorized to work in the United States
