About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives
- Acquire accounts within multiple geographic territories
- Sell products, services, and solutions to gain new business
- Analyze customer needs using solution-based selling techniques
- Tailor customer recommendations for negotiation and closing deals
- Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Work with sales manager to develop skills in prospecting and relationship management
- Participate in training and attend sales meetings
- Devise creative sales approaches and proposals
- Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment
- Task management ability in a dynamic, fast changing environment
- Customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Effective negotiation and closing skills
- Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
