Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end solution design across multiple domains to deliver cohesive and practical technology solutions
Drive technical design processes and architectural tradeoff discussions to ensure alignment with standards and strategies
Develop and maintain architectural artifacts and enforce design standards to support solution quality and consistency
Engage with senior management to align technical solutions with business objectives and translate requirements into designs
Evaluate third-party products to determine suitability for integration into organizational technology solutions
Understand and analyze business processes related to assigned projects to align technical solutions effectively
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
Acceptable areas of study include Computer science or related discipline
Technology certifications (such as Java, Microsoft, Oracle) a plus
7+ years in business environment
7+ years as a software or systems architect, engineer, programmer
4+ years in B2C online e-commerce systems architecture and design, preferably with background in IBM WebSphere Commerce
4+ years in web experience management technologies included but not limited to self-services, content management, search, analytics, and marketing automation preferably with knowledge in Adobe CQ5
4+ years in architecture and design of mobile web applications included responsive design and hybrid model for device native applications
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
