About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and develop E-Learnings, Job Aids, Instructor Lead trainings, and Level 1 assessments for designed programs.
  • Conduct needs assessments as required and determine instructional objectives.
  • Determine appropriate instructional strategy and delivery media (including traditional and non-traditional methods of delivery).
  • Manage internal social engineering campaigns (email phishing, etc.).
  • Support Cybersecurity Awareness lead on educational activities including in-person events, internal social posts, and micro-learning.
  • Conduct and review Level 1&2 Assessments training initiatives as available.
  • Project management as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
  • 2-4 years - Instructional Design experience(preferred)
  • 1-3 years cybersecurity experience(preferred)
