About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop E-Learnings, Job Aids, Instructor Lead trainings, and Level 1 assessments for designed programs.
- Conduct needs assessments as required and determine instructional objectives.
- Determine appropriate instructional strategy and delivery media (including traditional and non-traditional methods of delivery).
- Manage internal social engineering campaigns (email phishing, etc.).
- Support Cybersecurity Awareness lead on educational activities including in-person events, internal social posts, and micro-learning.
- Conduct and review Level 1&2 Assessments training initiatives as available.
- Project management as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
- 2-4 years - Instructional Design experience(preferred)
- 1-3 years cybersecurity experience(preferred)
