About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end management of virtual events and webinars, ensuring all timelines and objectives are met
  • Coordinate virtual event and webinar workstreams and develop tactical plans to achieve established goals
  • Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with teams such as Product Marketing, Campaigns, Brand, Social, Paid Media to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
  • Leverage and improve upon established processes, templates, and best practices for virtual event and webinar execution
  • Lead the virtual events and webinars calendar and content calendar logistical planning
  • Develop content for virtual event and webinar-related social media posts, webpages, emails, and other communication channels
  • Implement and optimize email campaigns promoting virtual events and webinars using marketing automation platforms
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of virtual events and webinars, making data-driven optimizations
  • Generate reports using SalesForce to measure content performance and overall campaign success for virtual events and webinars
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B Marketing
  • Expertise in SalesForce
  • Shown success in managing virtual events and webinars, as well as in-person events
  • Experience with On24 virtual platform and customer engagement hubs
  • Strong project management experience
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective time management abilities and the capacity to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with SalesForce CRM
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to various situations and work well in a team environment
