About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end management of virtual events and webinars, ensuring all timelines and objectives are met
- Coordinate virtual event and webinar workstreams and develop tactical plans to achieve established goals
- Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with teams such as Product Marketing, Campaigns, Brand, Social, Paid Media to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
- Leverage and improve upon established processes, templates, and best practices for virtual event and webinar execution
- Lead the virtual events and webinars calendar and content calendar logistical planning
- Develop content for virtual event and webinar-related social media posts, webpages, emails, and other communication channels
- Implement and optimize email campaigns promoting virtual events and webinars using marketing automation platforms
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of virtual events and webinars, making data-driven optimizations
- Generate reports using SalesForce to measure content performance and overall campaign success for virtual events and webinars
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in B2B Marketing
- Expertise in SalesForce
- Shown success in managing virtual events and webinars, as well as in-person events
- Experience with On24 virtual platform and customer engagement hubs
- Strong project management experience
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective time management abilities and the capacity to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with SalesForce CRM
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to various situations and work well in a team environment
