About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle by defining vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business and technical goals
- Conduct market and customer research to find opportunities and advise product decisions based on data analysis and customer feedback
- Translate product strategy into detailed features and user stories, running the product backlog to support Agile development teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and collaborators to coordinate release schedules and ensure timely product delivery
- Monitor product performance and quality in production, addressing defects and driving continuous improvement
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
- 3+ years experience in hands on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large scale company/ application/product environment. (Required)
- 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. (Required)
- Proven success in delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools. (Required)
- Strong requirements elicitation, and confirmed writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences. (Required)
- Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools. (Required)
- Experience in delivering large and sophisticated business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role. (Required)
- Validated ability to effectively and efficiently connect with Leadership, while employing a high degree of teamwork and influence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders. (Required)
- Fluent with SQL, Tableau, other analytical solutions like SAS, SPSS. (Required)
- Knowledge of full technology stack on which your assigned product runs. (Required)
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data. (Required)
