Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle by defining vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business and technical goals
Conduct market and customer research to find opportunities and advise product decisions based on data analysis and customer feedback
Translate product strategy into detailed features and user stories, running the product backlog to support Agile development teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and collaborators to coordinate release schedules and ensure timely product delivery
Monitor product performance and quality in production, addressing defects and driving continuous improvement
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
3+ years experience in hands on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large scale company/ application/product environment. (Required)
5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. (Required)
Proven success in delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools. (Required)
Strong requirements elicitation, and confirmed writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences. (Required)
Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools. (Required)
Experience in delivering large and sophisticated business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role. (Required)
Validated ability to effectively and efficiently connect with Leadership, while employing a high degree of teamwork and influence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders. (Required)
Fluent with SQL, Tableau, other analytical solutions like SAS, SPSS. (Required)
Knowledge of full technology stack on which your assigned product runs. (Required)
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data. (Required)
