About the role
- Role serves as a crucial link between customers, sales teams, and strategic partners to identify and lightly commercialize high-value solutions that respond to direct customer feedback, ultimately expanding the product portfolio and enabling T-Mobile to win business from previously unattainable customers.\n
- Develop, manage, and optimize third-party strategic partnerships and solutions that directly impact revenue growth and enhance the customer experience.\n
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customers, Product, Strategy, TFB Sales, Care, Engineering, and Marketing, to drive sales enablement and accelerate revenue by equipping T-Mobile for Business (TFB) sellers with the knowledge, tools, and expertise to position and sell strategic partner solutions effectively.\n
- Lead the go-to-market execution of the ET platform and digital marketplace, ensuring it serves as a seamless, revenue-generating ecosystem within the Customers, Partners, Vendors, and Sellers ecosystems.\n
- Engage with customers to understand business challenges, gather feedback, and ensure that T-Mobile provides the right solutions to close sales opportunities.\n
- Work closely with customers, sales teams, and strategic partners to identify, develop, and commercialize high-value solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth.\n
- Facilitate hands-on solution trials, lead product demonstrations, and provide technical guidance to help customers make informed decisions.\n
- Act as a customer advocate, collaborating with internal teams—including Product, Sales, Strategy, and Marketing—to ensure solutions align with customer needs and market demand.\n
- Lead efforts to improve digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless access to solutions that support business growth.\n
- Attend industry tradeshows, participate in customer-focused webinars, and stay ahead of industry trends to proactively identify new opportunities and enhance T-Mobile’s product portfolio.\n
- Drive customer success, increase adoption of strategic solutions, and enable sales teams to close more business through tailored recommendations and direct customer engagement.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)\n
- Bachelor's Degree STEM or PM area of study is strongly preferred. (Preferred)\n
- Experience in solutions engineering, product development, operations, or IT supporting systems and tools. (Required)\n
- Experience supporting third-party solutions. (Required)\n
- Preferred Experience launching services or products. (Preferred)\n
- Technology Solutions Proficiency in solving technical requirements for customers or sales teams. (Required)\n
- Project Management Proficiency in managing projects to completion. (Preferred)\n
- Communication Excellent oral and written communication; strong interpersonal skills. (Required)\n
- Sales Experience with Sales Methodologies. (Preferred)\n
- Applications Proficiency with business application software. (Required)\n
- Strategic Thinking Ability to provide strategic direction to senior leaders and peers. (Required)\n
- Technical Presentations Ability to create and deliver technical presentations. (Required)\n
- Technical Acumen: Subject Matter Expertise in at least ONE wireless area of focus (Managed Network Products, Communications Products, Technology, or SE&I Support Programs) (Required)\n
