About the role

  • Analyzing and leveraging performance reports to understand, discuss, and influence sales performance against established targets and KPIs.
  • Observing and assessing store operations, staffing protocols, and customer interactions and then providing feedback to address opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensuring that Dealer complies with merchandising and collateral requirements and all representations of the T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile brand.
  • Strategize with internal T-Mobile partners such as Account Managers and Ops Managers, as well as the Sr Manager, Express Stores on opportunities that can be addressed at broader levels.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Related sales experience including indirect/direct/retail/third party selling arrangements (Required)
  • 2-4 years Experience of successfully managing direct reports (Required)
  • Sales Management (Required)
  • Communication (Required)
  • Wireless (Required)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
