About the role

  • Serve as a strategic individual contributor piloting a new Product function within T-Mobile’s in-house Digital Media Investment team
  • Own the in-house programmatic media product roadmap and platform strategy
  • Integrate AI-driven programmatic solutions across key demand-side platforms to optimize targeting, bidding, and campaign performance
  • Lead data-driven forecasting and scenario planning for programmatic investments and provide predictive models to executive leadership
  • Collaborate with analytics, finance, engineering, and campaign buying teams to align programmatic strategies with business goals
  • Drive programmatic inventory strategy and execution enforcing 100% Deal ID transactions, adherence to approved inclusion lists, and 100% spend via PMP deals
  • Handle direct publisher relationships and serve as primary liaison to key programmatic supply partners
  • Develop a shared SSP partnership strategy with T-Mobile’s Advertising Solutions (T-Ads) team
  • Develop resourcing plans for new programmatic product features or tools and support technology investment decisions
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations on programmatic strategy, performance metrics, and innovation initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data analytics, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or advertising, with a strong focus on programmatic media strategy, platform management, and innovation
  • Deep expertise in programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP)
  • Detailed understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including deal structures and supply-side platforms (SSPs)
  • Proven experience integrating new technologies into advertising or media strategies
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data-driven forecasting and ROI analysis
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and present actionable insights to executive participants
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; experience influencing cross-functionally
  • Proven ability to drive product/technology initiatives from concept to implementation as a high-impact individual contributor
  • Experience handling direct publisher relationships and negotiating programmatic deals
  • Must be located in Bellevue, WA, New York, NY or Herndon, VA; this is not a remote role and requires at least 3 days/week in office
