About the role
- Develop and execute category strategies across various supply chain categories such as logistics, repair/refurbishment, and value-added fulfillment to optimize cost, service, and resilience.
- Lead complex contract negotiations and supplier relationships that drive accountability and innovation.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing programs with strong governance, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Partner with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology to influence decisions and align sourcing strategies to business goals.
- Monitor supply market trends, benchmark best practices, and drive continuous improvement in supplier performance.
- Some travel may be required to collaborate with suppliers and operational teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience required (MBA or certifications like CPSM/CSCP/PMP preferred)
- 7–10 years of strategic sourcing or supply chain experience
- 7-10 years - Extensive experience managing Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules and associated project materials in a mid to large size company
- Proven ability to manage complex supplier ecosystems (3PL/4PL, logistics, value-added services, reverse logistics)
- Strong negotiation, program management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
