About the role

  • T-Mobile’s Sr. Studio Manager leads communication, collaboration, and project management within T-Mobile’s Creative Studio
  • Oversee delivery & execution of various creative projects, including partner communication, planning/resourcing, guidance on creative development, and submitting & tracking reviews & approvals
  • Act as program coordinator on initiatives with many Studio asks and handle larger workloads
  • Manage and guide communications projects developed for internal employees and external customers
  • Perform end-to-end project management: initial planning/resourcing, leading kick-off meetings, partner communication, managing timelines, reviews/approvals, and facilitating delivery/execution
  • Build and maintain positive partner relationships through collaboration, negotiation, and consistent open communication
  • Manage and guide process improvements to overall studio management process

Requirements

  • 2+ Years Account Management in multiple areas of marketing communications
  • 2+ Years Project Management working with advertising and marketing communication policies and procedures
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of related work experience OR 10 years related work experience post high school
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as a leader
  • Solutions-oriented mentality
  • Experience in Advertising & Marketing Communications, Account management, and/or Project and Program Management
  • Ability to discuss and present group projects
  • Familiarity with workflow programs such as Workfront & communication tools like TEAMS
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and various deadlines
  • Ability to work with all levels of internal stakeholders from production artist to VP
  • Ability to identify areas of process and operations improvement & provide solutions
  • Approx 20-25% travel required
