About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic direction, advising, and coaching to executive business leaders
- Improve business outcomes through organizational design, workforce planning, organization health, and effectiveness
- Drive strategic and operational plans aligned to People Account Team initiatives
- Oversee and drive program delivery
- Understand business and financial drivers and identify innovative, future-focused HR solutions
- Interpret and analyze data to uncover insights and guide decisions
- Conduct talent trending analysis, data visualization, predictive analysis, and external research
- Provide advice, coaching, and counsel on HR programs, organizational change, diversity, and development
- Promote a fair and equitable work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional People Account Teams and Centers of Excellence
- Navigate sophisticated issues and drive results for the business
- Perform other duties and projects as specified by business management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
- 7-10+ years Human Resources related experience
- 2-4 years in workforce planning and organizational design
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Strong client service orientation, high personal integrity, and ability to build trust with leaders and partners
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and navigate complex situations
- Strong strategic planning skills using workforce insights, market data, and competitive intelligence
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business drivers, financial goals, and market dynamics
- Advanced ability to interpret and analyze data and use business intelligence
- Strong systems expertise and ability to use HR tools, data, and reporting
- Experience navigating complex organizational issues and achieving results through influence and collaboration
- Experience delivering core HR services, including executive coaching, change management, cultural initiatives, talent planning, and leadership development
- Ability to create and execute operational plans aligned to People Account Team initiatives
- Strong HR consulting skills, executive relationship management, partner influence, and clear communication
- PHR preferred
- SPHR preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Travel required
