About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support network operations by applying technical knowledge to maintain and improve network performance and reliability
  • Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
  • Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates
  • Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities
  • Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians
