About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support network operations by applying technical knowledge to maintain and improve network performance and reliability
Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates
Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities
Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians
Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management
Work on sites in Northern Nevada from Reno to the Utah Border

Requirements
