About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support network operations by maintaining and improving network performance and reliability
- Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution
- Manage smaller projects or project segments and provide accurate status and progress updates
- Identify and recommend process improvements for maintenance and repair activities
- Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians
- Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
- Perform other duties and projects assigned by business management
- Support sites along Highway 50 from Folsom to Lake Tahoe
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred)
- 2-4 years working experience in Field Operations and maintenance (Preferred)
- 2-4 years wireless telecommunications or other related experience (Preferred)
- 5G New Radio (NR) (Required)
- Base Station (Required)
