About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support network operations by maintaining and improving network performance and reliability
  • Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution
  • Manage smaller projects or project segments and provide accurate status and progress updates
  • Identify and recommend process improvements for maintenance and repair activities
  • Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians
  • Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
  • Perform other duties and projects assigned by business management
  • Support sites along Highway 50 from Folsom to Lake Tahoe

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years working experience in Field Operations and maintenance (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years wireless telecommunications or other related experience (Preferred)
  • 5G New Radio (NR) (Required)
  • Base Station (Required)
  • Continuous Development (Required)
  • Disaster Recovery Planning (Required)
  • Network Troubleshooting (Required)
